MONICA SANCHES is FirstBond Consultancy Ltd's General Counsel, responsible for legal risk management across the FirstBond Consultancy Ltd. This includes insurance, corporate governance, business and commercial risk and contractual arrangements.
Taking responsibility for the legal and company secretarial functions, MonicaSanches draws upon extensive experience gained advising numerous internal and external client structures in a variety of business areas; all strengthened by her legal and analytical skills
MonicaSanches is a solicitor of England and Wales; qualifying as a finance lawyer in 2001, she spent ten years in the city working for many leading corporate, financial and commercial law firms. She moved to Jersey in 2010 to work for a large Channel Islands firm before joining FirstBond Consultancy Ltd in 2015. |
